- We will happily exchange or refund within 7days of receipt subject to the product being in its original ties and packaging and has not been tampered with. It is the discretion of Chica Bonita to determine this.
- We suggest you check the hair as soon as you receive it and make contact with our customer service team at email@example.com if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason and wish to exchange or refund.
- For all returns and exchanges, you will be required to cover the shipping cost, however there will be no other charges applied by Chica Bonita.
- Chica Bonita will not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days of receiving your product.
- If you release the ties that hold the extensions in place,you will be unable to return the product/s for a refund or exchange.
- For hygiene purposes, Chica Bonita will not be able to exchange or refund any products that have been removed from its original ties and packaging or been tampered with in any way.
- For returns or exchanges, Chica Bonita recommend using an Australia Post Express Satchel to send the extensions back to us. Chica Bonita will not be liable for any lost parcels.
- When exchanging an item, you must include an EXTRA Australia Post Express Satchel in your parcel in order for us to send your replacement Chica Bonita product/s. Please make sure to write your shipping address and details on this EXTRA satchel to ensure fast delivery.
- If you request a refund on your purchase, a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost) will be issued after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not opened and ties have not been released.
- All Chica Bonita orders are dispatched with reputable couriers and include tracking numbers.
- Chica Bonita is not liable for lost items. On a rare occasion that a parcel may be lost, it will need to be investigated with the courier company
